HTTPS SETTING ON WAMP

Please help i have been setting HTTPS on wamp but i have stack on the way. is see line 5 and6 which is in FRENCH but my command i am running is in ENGLISH. how do i translate it?

Only line 5 is in French, line 6 is a command line instruction, is it international.
I made the great effort to translate one of my French procedures into English, you could have made the small effort to use Google translate. And it doesn't matter if this line is in English or in French, it's a comment line.
