Can not use MariaDB 10.4.12 32 bit x86 and getting this error. Please can you let me know that how can fix this error?

A little light on information!
Which version of Wampserver ? ; What does it come with ?
Not being a soothsayer and having no answer to READ (and answer) BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION what I suggest you do is:
- 1 - Totally uninstall Wampserver
- 2 - Apply the prerequisites :
- Verify that all VC ++ packages are installed and with the latest versions.
To do this, use the tool:
Checks VC++ packages installed
Do not use a previously loaded tool. Make a new download to make sure you are using the correct version.
To download missing packages, do not rely on Microsoft links, they are not reliable, download packages on http://wampserver.aviatechno.net in section Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages
Do not forget that if you have a 64 bit Windows, you must install both 32 and 64 bit versions of each package.
You must install each package "as an administrator", so right-click the exe file and then run as Administrator.
- 3 - Apply items number 03 and 08 of TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
- 4 - Install Wampserver 3.2.0 "as an administrator".
- 5 - Install Wampserver 3.2.1 update

I am using Wampserver 3.2.1 update. This error happened when try to change MariaDB versions.
- 1 - Totally uninstall Wampserver
Done !
- 2 - Apply the prerequisites :

Do we need install all Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages with both 32 and 64 bit? Or only need install VC 2015-2019 files?
VC 2010 SP1 Package
VC 2012 Up 4
VC 2013 Up 5

All issue fixed but now new issue happened with MySQL server 8.0.19, when changed MySQL to 8.0.19 from 8.0.18 then now MySQL server are not running.
