WampServer

Have an old installation of WAMP 2.0i server on a SBS 2008 box that has a few Wordpress sites that I need to update. Sites will not update because of the ancient 5.3 php version. All I need to do is upgrade the php version form 5.3 to 5.6 but I am open to just upgrading everything with a new WAMP server version. Sites are live and need to stay up. A little hesitant to do this since the versions are so old. What is the best way to do this?

I'm afraid you can't run Wampserver 3.2.0 on a SBS 2008 box, nor even PHP 5.6 which requires VC++ VC11 packages at least.
Moreover Wampserver 3.2.0 is supported by Windows 7 at least.
