WampServer(Right Click)-> Wamp Settings -> Menu item: Online / Offline not visible.

How can I visible this?

This option was obsolete a long time ago and has been completely removed with Wampserver3.2.0.

For your local sites you have to use VirtualHost, as with all webhosts.

Then, if you want to make a VirtualHost externally accessible, you modify the Require for that VirtualHost by going to the relevant Apache documentation.
