on localhost the project folder link are not working ( unable to click on link ).

For your local site you muts use VirtualHost.
See The need for Virtual Host and Wampserver 3 - Create or add a VirtualHost
That it is written under Your Projects
These are your folders in c:/wamp64/www
To use them as an http link, you must declare them as VirtualHost
