Hi, my all services running but server offline.ı saw this site [forum.wampserver.com] and ı text my answers.

Windows 7 professional 32 bit

WampServer 3.2

Apache 2.4.41

PHP 7.3.12

MySQL 5.7.28

MariaDB 10.4.10

Wampserver icon color: Green

I can acces localhost

ı dont see any error message

ı can acces phpmyadmin

ı dont have any antivirus

C: \ wamp \

localhost:8080

Why do you use port 8080 ?

Do you know what that feature and message actually mean?

That feature NEVER had anything to do with the correct working of WAMPServer or ny of its parts!!

It set a parameter in the httpd.conf file that allowed access to your Apache from anywhere in the universe.
With the parameter NOT SET you are correctly setup to develop your ste(s) without any danger of getting hacked.
