WampServer

when I start wampserver the tray icon is red, and it's not clickable neither left or right click. when I double click the httpd.exe in "C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.39\bin" I get this ```[prntscr.com]```
Is there maybe some conflicting .conf or .ini file somewhere in C:\\?

If the WAMPSevrer icon was RED then you would not be able to see the WAMPServer homepage that you show us in the image??

Did you install all the MSVC Runtime libraries for both 32bit and 64bit BEFORE you installed WAMPServer like it says on the install launch screen

Is it a Wampserver that has just been installed or did it work well before?

The fact that you can't click on the icon would mean that the prerequisites have not been met before installing Wampserver :

- Are you up to date with Windows updates?

- Verify that all VC ++ packages are installed and with the latest versions.
To do this, use the tool:
Checks VC++ packages installed
Do not use a previously loaded tool. Make a new download to make sure you are using the correct version.
To download missing packages, do not rely on Microsoft links, they are not reliable, download packages on http://wampserver.aviatechno.net in section Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages
Do not forget that if you have a 64 bit Windows, you must install both 32 and 64 bit versions of each package.
You must install each package "as an administrator", so right-click the exe file and then run as Administrator.

- If it is not already done, apply Update 3.2.0 to your version of Wampserver
Wampserver update 3.2.0

After all that, if the symptoms persist, it won't be possible to use Wampserver's integrated tools since the right-click doesn't work.
