WAMP apache HTTP Server (32bit) 95% heavy usage .

1 Wamp 2.5
2. Apache 2.4.9
3. Window Server 2012 R2 Standard (32G RAM)
4. SQL Server 2014

Question: How to check what is the root cause for WAmp apache reach 95% ?
( Everytime retrieve data from SQL server it will appear error , such as


error - Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded.
error- Task Manager - apache HTTP Server (32bit) reach 95% CPU.
