I have got wamp64..php7.19.exe with your help. Is there a similar .exe for latest PHP you can point to download

I am using v3.1.0 64 bit, I did not realise it is a link to Chris instruction so questions answered therein Thank you

Hi guys
I uninstalled old 3.1.0 which run ok I thus assume all necessary VC up to 2019 are in place.
Next I run as admin the downloaded 3.1.9.exe. in the process i notice the dialog to allow apache access did not appear during installation.
Hence the 3rd service did not active so icon stop at yellow, green fail.
Please help.

Hi,
Left-Click -> Restart All Services
On [wampserver.aviatechno.net] it is noted under the file you downloaded :
It may be that at the first launch not all services are started (Icon not green), Left-click Wampmanager icon then Restart the services.
It is also noted at sourceforge :

Sorry Sir fail to read carefully, mislead by apache variation, as advised restart all devices ok. Thank you again for the fast support
