Where can i change CHMOD in wamp? Or i cant change that in wamp....my ftp is droping errors ->502 command not implemented.

chmod is only supported on linux systems, now windows. If you are installing a script on wamp, and it asks to chmod files, just ignoge that instruction.

ok...And There Is NO Limits In File Reading And Writing in windows server vhen my site is forking?

you are getting the ftp 502 error code becuase windows does not support the chmod command.
