wampServer version is corrupted

the downloaded wampserver version "wampserver3.1.9_x64.exe" in the website is corrupted and gives me this message "the setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program".

From where did you download the file ?
See WAMPserver 3 - All you need to know to get the right download links.
Don't forget to read and apply the prerequisites BEFORE starting the installation.
