Hi,
Drag and drop icon in the tray : see wamp(64)/instructions_for_use.pdf file
As the icon does not seem to be green, the first thing to do is:
Left-click -> Restart all services
Then, if the icon does not turn green, go see which service is not started:
Right-click -> Tools -> Check the status of services
then check what is occupied by port 80:
Right-click -> Tools -> Test port 80
