Can't Connect to apache

Hi, there!
I don't know much about servers config, so I need a little help
I want to connect to apache server( in wamp) from web developing application (installed in the same system), I need:
user: ________ (i think it's webmaster@localhost) ?
password:________ ? (what is it?)
The server address is set to: 127.0.0.1
and the port to: 80
I'm connecting to apache as to WebDav server- is it correct?
