1 of 3 Services Running

Hello, I am trying to install Wamp server on a windows system running windows 10, 64bit version. I've installed it before on another computer with the same structure and OS, and it worked fine.

I ran the check_vcredist program and now it says all the required packages are installed correctly.

The folder it is installed into is located at X:\wamp64
on my computer, which on my other computer it was the same,
but the icon in the tray is orange instead of green.

These are my installed programs and versions
Apache 2.4.39 Port 80- PHP 7.2.18
MySQL 5.7.26 Port 3306
MariaDB 10.3.14 Port 3307
PHP 5.6.40 for CLI (Command-Line Interface)

Please tell me if I need to post additional information to reach a fix for this. Thanks for any help

Edit 10/12/19

I reinstalled the services using the option in the tray menu. The WampManager on my toolbar now says there are 2 of 3 services running (i think MySQL is running now, but maybe phpMyAdmin isn't?)
I'm wondering what steps I must take to get all 3 services running. The command boxes that pop up when I run Wamp say 'php.exe, cmd.exe and cmd.exe.' Is this okay?

Orange means one or more of the services have not started corretcly.

Can you see which one has not started?

See TroubleShooting Point 21

You can use integrated Wampserver tools:
Right-click -> Tools then
- State of services
- Test port 80
Et.

(Windows 10 Pro 64bit) (Wampserver 3.3.4 64bit) Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.5.4
<Apache versions MULTIPE> <PHP versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Versions MULTIPLE>
<MariaDB versions MULTIPLE> <phpMyAdmin versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Workbench 8.0.23>

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo

Hello, I received the following results when testing the ports in wampserver, via right-click > tools:

from 'test port 80"

"***** Test which uses port 80 *****

===== Tested by command netstat filtered on port 80 =====

Test for TCP
Port 80 is not found associated with TCP protocol
Port 80 is not found associated with TCP protocol

===== Tested by attempting to open a socket on port 80 =====

Your port 80 seems not actually used.
Unable to initiate a socket connection
Error number: 10060 - Error string: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

"

and from 'test port 3306'

"***** Test which uses port 3306 *****

===== Tested by command netstat filtered on port 3306 =====

Port 3306 is not found associated with TCP protocol
Port 3306 is not found associated with TCP protocol"

I also discovered the option to "Reinstall All Services." would this solve my issue?

Edit 10/19/19

I figured out that I had failed to install WampServer as Admin, and doing that solved my issue.
After installing wamp as admin, I updated all the tools to the most recent stable release
Also learned how to restore the hosts file on windows.
