Can‘t open phpMyAdmin

1:Windows version: Windows 10 10.0.18362 edition 18362, 64 bit.
2:Version WampServer: 3.19, 64 bit
3:Apache Version: 2.4.39
4tongue sticking out smileyHP version: 7.2.18
5:MySQL version: 5.7.26
5a:MariaDB version: 10.3.14
6:Color of the icon: Green
7:Active lines:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
Note from Otomatic : I deleted the advertising url's

8: I have access to the Localhost.
9: Of course, I don't have access to phpMyadmin.
10: Actually I can view the phpMyadmin's log-in page slowly, but I can't log in. There are some messages you may be interested in (I'm a foreigner, so translate these characters in English, sorry for that):
The HTTPS setting between the server and the client does not match. Continued use can cause phpMyAdmin to go wrong. Please correct the HTTPS settings set by the server.
Failed to set session cookie. Maybe you are using HTTP instead of HTTPS to access phpMyAdmin.
11: I am using Avast Free Antivirus.
12: C:\wamp\
13: I haven't done anything, so maybe I don't have any virtual host.

Hi,

Access to PhpMyAdmin is only in http and absolutely not in https.
Change your browser.
