WampServer

I have been running WAMPSERVER 3.0.3 on Windows 7.

Today I installed the wampserver3_x86_x64_update3.1.9.exe, using elevated privileges (as administrator)

I verified that I have installed all dependencies by using check_vcredist.exe.

However, it does not update wampmanager.exe. This file remains at version 3.0.3.

Further, I have added the latest PHP release wampserver3_x64_addon_php7.3.9.exe but it does not show up in as an option. I have refreshed the menu, but it remains missing.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

Since the PHP addon 7.3.9 can only be installed on a Wampserver version 3.1.9 or higher, this means that the file wamp64/wampmanager.conf indicates : wampserverVersion ="3.1.9"
