Is it possible to only allow specific IP addresses/Mac Addresses to website?

I have a new website and everything is working well. I have temporarily Granted Allow All so that I and my daughters can access it, but I want it to be just us. I don't want it to be public. Can I restrict access using the ip/mac address of our devices?
