WampServer

After I get lastest wamp (before I use wampserver2.5-Apache-2.4.9-Mysql-5.6.17-php5.5.12-64b now I use wampserver3.1.9_x64 ) I got odd problem after 1-2 days passing I can't reach with my global ip.

This happening when 1-2 days passed when I typing my global ip to browser bitdefnder saying this page is dangeroes when I press still go that page it become blank page also trying conneting with other devises same blank page happing but if I close and reopen my modem I can connect with my global ip again but after sometimes later its happening again.

When these problem happening I can reach my wamp server with my lan ip from my other computer its still working.

I tried other things for testing

I restarted my server computer its not solved

I closed wamp and reopened not solved

But I try connect the server when its closed (I comletly close the wamp and exiting from it) and typed global ip to my browser again it give me diffrent error firefox said the connection has timed out but when I open server again ( with these problem time ) it give me bitdefender warning these site could be dangerous when I press contunie to site ı take the risk and now its becoming blank page again. I mean my port is working I tested wamp open and close make difrencess when these problem happend.

And when I close and reopen modem I didn't need restart pc or wamp its fix it self.

I really need help at these point.

My spec and programs in server pc.

My os: Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 x64

My modem

Virus program Bitdefender 2019 Total Security

I only run Apache other servises of wamp disabled and removed. (this is always wamp is yellow but if I run all servieses its become green but I only use Apache)

This does not sound like a WAMPServer problem. In other words its not an Apache issue.

If it is bitdefender that is giving warning it sounds more like your virus program has also upgraded and that is your problem.

Do things work if you temporarily turn BitDefender Off?

i dont think its bit defender because problem solving after close modem and reopen it ( also it changes my ip adress ) and after restarting computer its same i closed bit defender not fix anything. problem is so odd its happens some time pass and after this time cannot reach with global ip anymore. Should i downgrade to wamp 2 ?

also my modem got ddos protection.

The PC running WAMPServer (any version) should be configured to use a Static IP Address if you want to access it from another PC, be that in your network or from outside on the internet

dynamic ip will doing great job (because server ip only change when modem closed and reopened) and I am using wamp server for years with dynamic ip. And when this problem happend still same ip and wamp on and off make difrencess ( when its on blank page coming (also triger my bit defender web protection) when off firefox says time out )

My brain stoped at these point I just wondering is the modem blocking wamp after sometimes ( I mean it got DDOS protection or something about firewall on modem) because modem reseting fixing the problem. (also I tried plug out lan cable and try to connect global ip its says timed out and replug in cable again bit defender see like unsafe side and pressed contunie and again blank page and reset modem again working without touch anything on server pc all same.

And odd thing its all started upgrade from 2 to 3 version of wamp that too odd.

well hmm I found my answer today in bitdefender when I close web attack prevention wamp is running again but when I open it again boom this happends
