I need help in my wamp! badly!

Hey friendz,
This is the first time I used wamp and i found out that it is more functional and very easy to use and its so nice...rather than using any other freeware.
well this is my problem...

I already setup my website in my localhost and its working well....and even the databases....but this is the first time I upload my website to a webhosting company or the webhost! what should I do for the first time.....Im confused...ls help me and guide me till i connected my datas to my webshost.....or my account...pls help...

you upload you website files to your host using FTP. You need to get an ftp program to use.

forgot to mention that when you want to use your database on your webhost, you can export database using the export feature of phpmyadmin. After you export,save the file, and import it using your new hosts phpmyadmin import feature.
