I'm editing a project, and I need to share it with another person so she can help me too. how can I do this?

Hi,
For your local sites, use VirtualHosts, as with all hosting providers.
See The need for Virtual Host and Wampserver 3 - Create or add a VirtualHost
Then, you modify the Require of the VirtualHost you want to "share" to allow access.
