Accessing WAMP on local network

I have installed WAMP Server on my laptop and wish to access it on my desktop on my LAN. At first I was getting 403 errors, I changed the http-vhosts.conf file to allow connections from my local network. I am not receiving the 403 error now, but now the page is resolving to localhost instead of the laptop ip address.

From my desktop browser I enter the IP address of the laptop which is running WAMP 192.168.1.20/site but the browser returns with localhost/site and the page "this site can't be reached"

Any suggestions?

TIA

Could this be a FireWall issue?
