Is it possible to use Wamp to host my html files and PHP files since they seem to run well and redirect the things that do not run well to a webhost. Therefore i do not have to pay an arm amd leg for extra bandwith? I seem to be able to run some things here on my pc as non-local(go-figure) but there are other things that try to run themselves locally and I have no choice in the matter since I cannot edit the scripts, they are not mine. I am not a programmer anyway, or not a very good one, we have barely touched on that in a school. I am a very good web-designer is all.
