WampServer

I would like to download the 32 bit version, but Sourceforge says file not found (I am able to download the x64 version, but that doesn't work wit my machine). The questionnaire on the wampserver website doesn't seem to work at all.

Try the Secondary repository of Wampserver files
It is a lot easier to navigate than SourceForge anyway.

Please make sure that you have all the MSVC Runtimes installed on your system before installing WAMPServer, you can find a tool that will check for you and tell you which ones are missing on that same page, called "Checks VC++ packages installed"

And if you have some missing, there is also a a downloadable zip file called "All VC Redistribuable Packages (x86) (32bits)" at the bottom of that page

Download that, extract the multiple INSTALLERS into a folder and then methodically install them all, one by one, in a logical version number order, oldest first.

If you see a message saying the runtime is already installed, use the REPAIR option on that dialog to make sure it is properly installed.
