WampServer

im unable to start mysql on my wamp. i checked the mysql log it was empty. the php log below

May be Apache service 'wampapache64' is not started.
Check it by right-click Wampmanager tray icon -> Tools -> Check state of services
Check also right-click Wampmanager tray icon -> Tools -> Check httpd.conf syntax.

mysql has absolutely nothing to do with php_intl.dll
