Google PageSpeed mod_pagespeed.so module on WAMP?

I am developing locally using WAMPP server which I then crawl locally to render static for pushing content online, but I'm at a loss for figuring out how to install Google's pagespeed module, mod_pagespeed into WAMPPs configuration. How do or can I install mod_pagespeed to WAMP server?
