WampServer

I am unable to install Composer, even if I am doing everything right. I had installed it on an earlier version of Wampserver, but I can't seem to do it now. I get an error that Composer could not download certain files.

This is nothing to do with WAMPServer. I have no issues installing and using Composer on either the 32 or 64 bit WAMPServer.

If you want help then please describe EXACTLY what you have done, step by step.
