WampServer

I have installed Wamp and have used it often. My problem is I am attempting to install CPG Dragonfly on it and get to the point were it test and I get the error invaled cookie settings.

Site Name Test site
Domain Name Localhost
Path /dragonfly/
Administrator Email 123@123.com
Cookie Domain localhost
Cookie Path /dragonfly/
Admin cookie name cms_admin
Member cookie name my_login
Photo Gallery cookie name cpg
Enable Update Service yes or no

I have installed this program before with no problem. Now for some reason it will not install. I have uninstalled Wamp thinking that maybe I did something to delete the cookie setting, but, to no avail.

Any ideas as to why this will not install? Is there someplace that I have to put something to enable cookies? This is frustrating.

I have created a db using the default which is in the config.php with Dragonfly.
