Phpmyadmin connection unavailable

I cannot open my phpmyadmin from the wampserver options. I get a "Page not found" error. If I look in my localhost file it says that the phpmyadmin connection is not available. How can I make it available?

make sure mysql is running, or you will not be able to access phpmyamdin
