rewrite url wampserver3.1.3 not working properly but WampServer2.1 version perfect working when i am using wampserver3.1.3 then subpage show same result not going to subpages any body help me?

Wampserver 2.1 is Apache 2.2 and it is not the same rules as with Wampserver 3 and Apache 2.4.
Rewriting rules are the responsibility of the Apache documentation.
