WampServer

Hi,

I am having this same problem, I already tried to perform all the steps that were informed in this topic and 'Unable to click on WAMP Server icon'.
Nothing worked, someone has some new information or found some solution.

Have you looked in the hidden icons window of the notification area?
Click the vertical chevron to the left of the notification area:

then drag and drop Wampmanager icon in the tray:

Yes, the icon is active in the notification bar, with the message that all services are running. The problem is that clicking right or left nothing happens, I can not access the options.

The usual issue here is that you have not downloaded and Installed ALL the MSVC runtimes.

Some people make the mistake of assuming that as they have a 64 bit windiws and a 64 bit WAMPServer that they only need the 64bit MSVC Runtimes. That is not so.
Actually the wampmanager.exe has not changed in many years and still a 32bit executable and therefore requires at least one of the 32 bit MSVC Runtimes.

In order to make things simple we therefore suggest that you download and install ALL the MSVC Runtimes for both 32bit and 64bit windows.

Did you install all the 32bit MSVC Runtimes?

HI,

Yes, I followed step 20 [TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS] as directed in one of the posts, both for 32 and 64 bit.
I also did the verification using the software indicated in step 20-b.
