Hello guys I have this error.

Not found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.27 (Win64) Server at www.notification.test Port 80

I already tried everything but doesn't work...

I can't even see the localhost.

What is the problem with this and how to solved it?

wamp version: 3.1.0
Apache version: 2.4.27
