What encoding for Bulgarian translation?

Hello,

I am translating WAMPserver into Bulgarian but regardless of what encoding I choose for the "settings_bulgarian.php" file, all the text in it is garbled.

I have tried UTF-8, ANSI, Cyrillic (Windows) 1251, etc. Nothing works!

Meanwhile, the file "bulgarian.lang" uses ANSI and all the translated text in it shows just fine.

I don't know what else to try. Please help.

Hi,

Files
- wamp\lang\bulgarian.lang (mind extension .lang)
- wamp\lang\modules\settings_bulgarian.php (mind extension .php)
should use ANSI as it is used by your Windows Bulgarian version

Files
- wamp\www\wamplangues\add_vhost_bulgarian.php
- wamp\www\wamplangues\index_bulgarian.php
should use UTF-8
