i want to be able to acess the files on my server from school but how would i what would i need to do to apache or other things? please help!

get a server! This question has been answered. You don't! This is for localhosting only, there are plenty of httpd prgrams you can use...

as realnub states, WAMP was designed for local testing and development, but you can access your server from any computer anywhere usign your ip address:
example:
[123.12.12.12]
example:
[123.12.12.12]
