Can't create tables!

Wamp works great but one thing is wrong, I can't create table, or sometimes I can but 99% I can't , why does this happend ?

What are you using to create your tables, phpMyAdmin or a php script? If you are getting any errors, what errors are you getting? Are apache and mysql running?

More information then just saying you cannot create tables would make it much easier to answer your question.
