Installing WAMP without Mysql and MariaDB

Hi,

How can I install WAMP without MySQL and MariaDB? It would be very nice if we can pick the modules we need at install time.

I removed both services manually, but still WAMP manager is looking for them before it becomes green so you will never know if apache is running from the icon color.

Is there any way to modify this behaviour?

thanks

Hi,

What's the point of me getting bored writing a little topo about how to use MariaDB (mariadb_support.txt) where it is explained how to activate or deactivate MariaDB.

If you want to use Wampserver only with Apache and PHP, without any database manager, it's very simple:
Right-click wampmanager tray icon -> Wamp settings -> Allow MySQL (To uncheck it)
Right-click wampmanager tray icon -> Wamp settings -> Allow MariaDB (To uncheck it)
