Installing prerequisites.

I have installed the VC++ runtimes as contained in the VC++ zip packlge but when I run check_vcredist.exe It declares that the redistributables are not installed. I am not sure how to proceed?

Are you using check_vcredist.exe recently downloaded and not an old version that you have had for some time?
If you have a 64bit Windows, you must install (as administrator) the 32 AND 64 bit versions of each package, even if you only use 32 bit Wampserver.
What are the missing packages according to check_vcredist? And what version of Windows do you have?
