WampServer

Hi im quite new to php and have never used WampServer Before. I was wondering if you could tell me how i would set up a website where i can open it up, then browse then web from that site, Just like www.proxify.com

WAMP is designed for local development only. You can host websites with it, but I highly recommend you don't. Since WAMP was designed be used locally only, it does not have any security in place, and if you use it to host websites any 6 year old with an internet connection could easily hack you website without breaking a sweat.

Also if you host a website on your computer, you use your internet connection, and if you have a slow dial up connection, just two people using your website could make it take 2-5 minutes just for the page to load.
