any body know how can create an preconfiged(my own php.ini,httpd.conf ,extiontions,plugins,......) -mysql =>my own user and password ,befor install wamp and how to silent install with out any question deuring installation and output result like: appache port-mysql port ,....

There is no possibility of pre-configuration of the installation.

On the other hand, there is a possibility of silent installation, possibly in the folder of your choice.
