Is it possible to make installation package from WAMP?

Hello, All.
I have a PHP app. I want it to deliver as a desktop app to my users.
Is it possible to make some sort of installation package from WAMP? If i copy my PHP code to specific folder and create a DB.
Than somehow to make single .exe installation package.
Once insta;;ed, it will have a button to start an app. THis means to start mysql, apache etc .
