Hello,
I have installed WampServer Version 3.1.4 - 64bit on my machine and I need to make it available to the server via the network
What is the correct procedure for this to occur without error

Hi,

In the subject of your message, you could have put a summary of your question instead of your email address.

For all your local sites, you must use VirtualHost:
see The need for Virtual Host and Wampserver 3 - Create or add a VirtualHost

Then, once everything is working well locally, you modify the VirtualHost Require that you want to access from the network.

See the Apache documentation : Require

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wampserver 3.1.6 32 bit - Apache 2.4.37 - PHP 7.3.0/7.2.13/7.1.25/7.0.33/5.6.39 - MySQL 5.7.23 - MariaDB 10.3.11
Wampserver 3.1.6 64 bit - Apache 2.4.37 - PHP 7.3.0/7.2.13/7.1.25/7.0.33/5.6.39 - MySQL 5.7.23 - MariaDB 10.3.11
PhPMyadmin 4.8.3 - MysqlDumper 1.24.5

Hi,

The normal process is to read the Apache manual.

But before I attempt to answer your question, have you setup a Virtual Host for the site or sites you want to access over your LAN? If not you should, when you have can you show us your httpd-vhosts.conf file.

Start by reading The need for Virtual Hosts

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Windows 10 Pro 64bit) (Wampserver 3.1.3 32bit & 64bit)
<Apache 2.4.29/2.2.31> <PHP 7.2/7.1/7.0/5.6/5.5/5.4> <MySQL 5.7.19/5.6.39/5.5.28>
<MariaDB 10.2.14> <phpMyAdmin4.8.1> <MySQL Workbench 6.3.10>

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo

# This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
# configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
# See <URL:[httpd.apache.org]; for detailed information.
# In particular, see
# <URL:[httpd.apache.org];
# for a discussion of each configuration directive.
#
# Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding
# what they do. They're here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure
# consult the online docs. You have been warned.
#
# Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many
# of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the
# server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do *not* begin
# with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so "logs/access_log"
# with ServerRoot set to "/usr/local/apache2" will be interpreted by the
# server as "/usr/local/apache2/logs/access_log", whereas "/logs/access_log"
# will be interpreted as '/logs/access_log'.
#
# NOTE: Where filenames are specified, you must use forward slashes
# instead of backslashes (e.g., "c:/apache" instead of "c:\apache"winking smiley.
# If a drive letter is omitted, the drive on which httpd.exe is located
# will be used by default. It is recommended that you always supply
# an explicit drive letter in absolute paths to avoid confusion.
ServerSignature On
ServerTokens Full

#
# ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the server's
# configuration, error, and log files are kept.
#
# Do not add a slash at the end of the directory path. If you point
# ServerRoot at a non-local disk, be sure to specify a local disk on the
# Mutex directive, if file-based mutexes are used. If you wish to share the
# same ServerRoot for multiple httpd daemons, you will need to change at
# least PidFile.
#
# Apache variable names used by Apache conf files:
# The names and contents of variables:
# APACHE24, VERSION_APACHE, INSTALL_DIR, APACHE_DIR

Define APACHE_DIR ${INSTALL_DIR}/bin/apache/apache${VERSION_APACHE}

#
# Uncomment and change the directory if mutexes are file-based and the default
# mutex file directory is not on a local disk or is not appropriate for some
# other reason.

# Mutex default:logs

#
# Listen: Allows you to bind Apache to specific IP addresses and/or
