Hi,
I do this, but there are other ways.
Start a command window using `Run as Administrator`
CD into the folder containing the HOSTS File > cd c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
at the command prompt enter > notepad hosts
this will allow you to edit and save the HOSTS file.
If you have access to a better editor, which means any other editor use that instead of notepad.
