WampServer

Hi,
I’m using Wampserver for six (local) websites to make big changes. I never had problems. However, since an few days two of six websites don’t work anymore. I get the message “Can’t make a connection”, when I start the website in localhost.
The system comes back with ‘https//’ added to localhost/kia/.
How to solve this problem?

I solved the problem by restoring an old version (with Joomla3.8.13) to a new subdirectory of 'www' and could conclude that the website worked correct. Then I upgraded to the latest Joomla version and updated some extentions. And the local site still works.
So I am satisfied and you don't have to think about my problem.
