Website is online, showing WAMPSERVER stuff instead of the page I want

I followed the Windows instructions in this guide(https://www.hostingadvice.com/how-to/how-to-host-your-own-website/) and I can visit the website, but when I go to it, it shows the same things it shows on localhost. Is there any way to configure it to redirect to whatever place I want it to and hide the main page and all of the other stuff, such as /?phpinfo=-1?

Ok, so just got done doing that, but it still doesn't work. The website goes to WAMPSERVER instead of my VirtualHost project. I even removed localhost entirely from the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file, but it still goes to WAMPSERVER. Also, I tried going on the website from a different device, but it didn't show up there. What can I try to make it work?
