Win 10 Pro x64 1809-17763.55 - Wamp 3.1.4 32bit, Apache 2.4.29. php 7.2.2, MySql 5.7.23-PHP 5.6.25, pHpMyAdmin 4.8.3…
Last windows update has replaced the original «hosts» file with VH definition. The replacement, the default clean hosts. The original is preserved still in same directory [%%]\Windows\System32\drivers\etc , as a .bak file (Tks Microsoft).Symptom: cannot reach the logon page.Solved simply editing with Sublime Text (as admin) and copy and replace.
