On my localhost webpage, at the bottom, I see this: [imgur.com]

o.php is the file containing the HTML for my webpage that I'm trying to make accessible by anyone on the Internet. How do I make it so there's a path to this o.php document? Thanks.

Hi,

Please READ (and answer) BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION

- No file of any kind (html or php) should be placed directly in the wamp64/www/ folder.

You must put your files for your local sites either in a wamp64/www/my-folder/ folder or in another folder on your disk.
Your VirtualHost "ooooo" is not set correctly.

See The need for Virtual Host and Wampserver 3 - Create or add a VirtualHost
