I did that all, but I think the problem is the download link is not working. All the content in that page messed up. Can you please check?

I got this message when I click the download link:
"The "/WampServer 3/WampSe..php5.6.25-7.0.10.exe" file could not be found or is not available. Please select another file."

No, the content of this page did not, as you say, mess up.
This content is perfectly read by Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Chromium and other browsers.
Isn't it rather your browser or your system that is " messed up "?
