I'm using wamp software, but i don't know how to make autobackup(databases) every hour? Can someone help me?

Well since you are on a Windows based computer, you cannot use cron, since it is only supported by Linux OS's.

A while ago, I too had to use cron for some of my scripts. I searched all over the net for a Windows based alternative, and eventually up at SourceForge.net and discovered cronw, which is an open source version of cron for Windows based OS’s.
