hi,
im using wamp server and build a website that contain hebrew text. when i open the web pages from localhost i cant see the hebrew text. i try to add this line in the end of httpd.conf file : AddDefaultCharset utf-8, but it doesn't help.

Since PHP 5.6.x default charset is utf-8

Except in very exceptional cases, never modify the httpd.conf file manually.
If you need to add parameters, you must do so in the VirtualHost dedicated to your local site.
