WampServer

hello
strange problem. I'm writing you after having tried uniform , xaamp and now wamp.
I have googled a lot before posting but I have a problem that's driving me crazy.

Wamp is working perfectly on localhost and - usually - when accessed from internet too.
I click and each page is loaded immediately.

suddenly, without any reason, when accessing the site from outside my LAN, so from internet,
the site stops responding. It gives a blank page, then it restarts normally.

this is quite frustrating. any idea to help me solving this issue?

Sounds horrible, but we have no idea.

Have you got anything in the error logs that may point to the issue?
Or maybe also look at the Windows Event Viewer for errors from Apahce or MySQL

Did you perhaps move the install from its original folder to a new folder?

I've installed it where it is actually.
Indeed I think the problem could be this

Server ran out of threads to serve requests. Consider raising the ThreadsPerChild setting

It is recomended that you install in a drive root directory, like C:/wamp or D:/wamp but I dont see why your installation folder would effect threads.

Are you using WAMPServer as a development tool or to serve something live?

I'm using it to serve very few visitors of a portfolio website (let's say 10 persons per day not at the same time) so... indeed no reason why the path could be the issue. it is normally serving very very fast. it only gets stuck when accessed from outside, and without reason

can you please tell me how to raise the level of the value which is described in the log?
