How to add more utilities under TOOLS in index page

Hi all

I want to add some more utilities such as PHP LDAP admin, Extplorer, and much more under TOOL in localhost page.
Please advice how can i do this

Hi,

You study the code in the wamp/www/index. php file and insert your own code where it will works.
